Article 1 – Definitions

• Seller: House of Fragrance.

• Customer: any natural person purchasing for non-business purposes.

• Agreement: any distance contract concluded between seller and customer.

• Right of withdrawal: the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements.

Article 3 – Offer and Agreement

• Obvious mistakes in offers or prices are not binding.

• The Agreement is concluded once the order has been confirmed.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

• All prices include VAT.

• Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.

Article 5 – Delivery

• Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

• Delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns

• Customer may cancel within 14 days after receipt.

• Only unused and unopened products can be returned.

• Products with an opened or broken seal are excluded from returns.

• Return costs are borne by the Customer.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.

Article 7 – Warranty and Liability

• Statutory warranty applies.

• Seller is not liable for damages caused by misuse.

• Liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Article 9 – Complaints

• Complaints can be submitted to contact@houseoffragrance.nl.

• Response within 14 days.

Article 10 – Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
